Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish project goals, deliverables, and strategies for achieving project success.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks and challenges.
  • Lead project teams in the implementation and execution of PEB projects according to established plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and finished products.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within the established constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards at all project sites.
  • Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of project activities and promote sustainable practices.
  • Responsible for timely monitoring of progress of all projects and provide visibility and sufficient information to stakeholders for making informed decisions.
