  • Familiarity with EV charging technology and/or charging station management is advantageous.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Manager to oversee the setup, operations, and maintenance of our EV charging stations. This role requires leadership, technical project management, and relationship-building skills to support the consistent, efficient and high-quality operation of our expanding charging network.

 Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end setup of new charging stations, including site preparation, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop, track, and report on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Work closely with vendors and technical teams to manage charging infrastructure installation and integration.

Operations Management

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues at charging stations promptly.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent operational practices across all stations.

Maintenance

  • Schedule and manage regular maintenance to ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of charging infrastructure.
  • Respond to and address emergency maintenance needs, coordinating with technical support teams.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including technicians and customer support, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve the company’s services and operational processes.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Document and report on project progress, operational metrics, and any issues encountered.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on station performance, franchisee satisfaction, and operational improvements.
