Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will have the duties and responsibilities as per details outlined below and will report to the project Co-Ordinator (Management) and Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare brief schedule about the project with timeline and cost.
  • Ensure that the project will be completed on time, monitor the progress of various parties with documentation (photographs and prepared progress reports) and recommend necessary corrective measures.
  • Hold meeting with various consultants and contractors.
  • Coordinate with all related parties concerned with the project and recommend possible solution to the project coordinator in resolving disputes that may arise between the contractors, consultants, employer, and any other agency involved in the project.
  • In consultation with Project Co-Ordinator (Management) prepare letter, meeting briefs etc. and report to Project Coordinator (Management) and the Managing Director. 
  • Coordinate construction work and prepare a construction management team. The team led by Project Manager will be responsible for supervision, quality of work, quantity of work and management of all construction-related activities, including checking bills, claims, and making recommendations for payment.
