Pashupati Shivajee Construction was officially registered in 2073 BS. However, it has been actively engaged in Nepal’s top construction projects since 2075 BS. Under the dynamic leadership of Er. Sushil Kadariya, the company has rapidly expanded its presence across the country, delivering high-quality infrastructure and redefining Nepal’s construction landscape.

Leadership & Vision :

Er. Sushil Kadariya, the current Managing Director, returned from India with a Civil Engineering degree, driven by a vision to implement modern engineering practices and transform Nepal’s infrastructure development. After returning to Nepal, he initially worked as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, and Procurement Manager at Shyam Sundar Constructions for a time period.

In 2073 BS, he founded Pashupati Shivajee Construction with just one staff member. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, now employing over 50 full-time team members and more than 500 project-based workers. Combining his theoretical expertise with hands-on experience, he has led Pashupati Shivajee Construction into an era of rapid growth and excellence.

Job Description

Pashupati Shivajee Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a reputable and growing construction company engaged in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in managing construction projects, the ability to develop and manage teams, communicate effectively and identify and resolve problems.

An energetic and resourceful person with a proven track record of achieving high-level results, efficiency and an eye for accuracy will be an ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Basement building completed with MEP works (at least in one project) as a project manager or Dy. Project manager
Works in variation orders, MEP, Interior and civil works, finalization of running bills
Actively manage building construction projects and report progress
Proficiency in scheduling and cost estimating
Conduct site Supervision and Controls to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Understand and interpret architectural, engineering, construction drawings
Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
Mentor and train junior engineers and construction staff
Excellent analytical skills to interpret construction site data and performance indicators
Strong knowledge of building construction methods and materials with engineering principles, codes, and standards related to civil engineering
