Job Description

Godawari Business Organization is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a senior-level member of our organization, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction and design of our new factory. This role requires a strong background in factory construction, design, cost estimation, planning, and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the construction of the new factory, ensuring it meets all safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present cost estimations for the project, ensuring it stays within budget.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of the construction, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the project's progress, including any potential issues or delays.
  • Visit banks to secure financing for the project and present updates on the project's progress.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for the project and ensure all materials and resources are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Monitor and manage the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any issues that may arise.
  •  Liaise with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and government officials, to ensure the project runs smoothly.
