Educational Background:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 

• 4+ years of experience For Master’s graduate and 1+ years of  experience for PhD 
• Strong understanding and experience in machine learning and deep learning, specifically with a focus on healthcare applications 
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying deep learning models, particularly CNNs, for medical image analysis and disease prediction.
• Proven track record in leading and coordinating technical projects, preferably in a healthcare or research setting. 

Essential Skills: 

• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar libraries.
• Expertise in Programming Languages and strong coding skills in Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, OpenCV, etc.
• Expertise in processing, augmentation, and segmentation of medical images. 
• Expertise in developing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models.
• Knowledge of handling and maintaining large datasets, including data cleaning, normalisation, and augmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in the context of biomedical data.
• Capability to interpret and analyse model performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences related to medical image analysis, deep learning, and AI in healthcare. 
• Keen interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technologies.
• Genuine interest in applying AI and deep learning to improve healthcare outcomes
