Job Description

  • Accountable for overall project cycle management
  • Prepare and ensure proper implementation of Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP)
  • Responsible for Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Identify the risks, assess them and implement mitigation measures
  • Act in compliance management of the project
  • Carry out the baseline and endline KAP surveys of the beneficiaries along with public audit of the program
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables with proper procurement process with Admin and Finance officer,
  • Share achievements, learning and challenges and manage the outcomes.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree preferably in Food Technology and Nutrition, Environment or Agriculture or equivalent and at least 3 years experience in project management related to agriculture, food security and livelihood.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to develop training manuals and curriculum, and conduct training on vegetable farming.
  • Sound knowledge on agriculture market and market system.
  • Competent on running computerized statistical and Office software
  • Proficient in report writing, documentation and Presentation
  • Good interpersonal and communication and linguistic skills
