Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our projects in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with extensive experience in hydropower projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of hydropower projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
