High level of computer literacy (primarily in Microsoft Office packages) required
Good written and spoken Nepali and English language with negotiation skills
Willing to travel extensively to the project implemented sites and able to accommodate and adjust in difficult working conditions and tough field situations
Self-motivated and a good team player
Ability to take responsibility, meet deadlines and make progress with minimum supervision

Job Description

Responsible for overall management of the APPIN project activities including planning, implementation, monitoring and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Ensure that APPIN activities, outcomes and deliverables are met on time
Prepare all required periodic reports of the APPIN and submit timely to donor, government line agencies and other stakeholders through Team Leader
Support to manage day to day administration, operational, procurement and other support functions
Co-ordinate in mitigating the identified opportunities and challenges in consultation of site team
Facilitate communication and coordinate with relevant government authorities/ organizations and relevant stakeholders through Team Leader
Participate in workshops and meetings and represent ISAP at relevant conferences and Programs as assigned by Team Leader
Support the Team Leader in the evaluation and documentation of reports, case stories, success stories, photos and videos related to the project
Support Team Leader in identifying possible grants and assist in writing project proposal
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader
