  • The ability to manage project budgets, control costs. 
  • Negotiation skills are valuable for discussing project-related matters, such as budgets, schedules, and contracts, with clients and contractors.

Job Description

  • Will be responsible for planning , executing and supervising of a 65 room hotel project for interior construction as per the drawing and specification within the time limit as agreed on work schedule
  • Will be responsible for co-ordination with client and consultant
  • Will co ordinate with the other agencies working in the project
  • Will prepare daily , weekly, and monthly work progress report
  • Will prepare running bill for the client and contractors
  • Effective coordination with various agencies involved in the project, such as contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, is a key responsibility.
  • Will be responsible for preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports. 
  • Will prepare running bills for both the client and contractors.
