Job Description

Will be responsible for planning , executing and supervising of a 65 room hotel project for interior construction as per the drawing and specification within the time limit as agreed on work schedule
Will be responsible for co-ordination with client and consultant
Will co ordinate with the other agencies working in the project
Will prepare daily , weekly, and monthly work progress report
Will prepare running bill for the client and contractors
Effective coordination with various agencies involved in the project, such as contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, is a key responsibility.
Will be responsible for preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
Will prepare running bills for both the client and contractors.
