Bachelor in civil engineering with experience in construction field for more than 3 years
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Overall responsibility of implementation of services in delivery scope and final acceptance. Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects, including Site Acquisition, Civil Work
Provides leadership and manages project teams effectively. Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship
Manage the delivery quality, cost, revenue, as well as the progress. Responsible for the team's EHS, compliance
Manage the subcon to complete the task base on the daily, weekly ,monthly and quarter plan
Responsible for internal and external project reporting, report to Customer and Internal management
Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle change management, ensure customer acceptance for the system or service
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
