International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotel Pvt. Ltd., an associate of the owning companies of Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu and Marriott Kathmandu Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated & enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu to set up an international standard trendy design hotel managed by Marriott International. The candidates will be involved in the project during construction phase of the Moxy Hotel. The prospective candidates must meet following criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have completed B.E. (M.E. preferable)
• At least 10 years of work experience in building and/or hotel construction management.
• Should possess excellent communication skills & should be able to co-ordinate works with the MEP, HVAC, Interior teams and other stakeholders of the project.
  
• Must be able to analyze, understand and implement schematic drawings, layouts in an efficient manner.
• Coordinating all site Civil, MEP and Interior Activities at Site.
• Ensuring Timeline and Quality
