  • Certified Project Manager is highly preferred
  • Project Management experience in ERP/CRM projects is also highly preferred
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to review information objectively
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Ability to accurately assess risks and plan to mitigate them
  • Ability to implement project management and DevOps tools such as Atlassian Jira, Azure DevOps

Job Description

  • Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality ERP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
  • Lead and develop relevant project processes and documentation, including project roadmaps
  • Develop detailed plans and timelines and follow through on said timelines while producing detailed reports on progress to the client and the management
  • Assemble and lead the project team by scheduling the projects and assigning the tasks and deadlines
  • Liaise with the Operations and Finance Department to ensure projects are billed regularly and accurately
  • Determine the needs of each project and the required business resources to implement ERP systems, clarifying and defining the strategy and objectives of each Client
  • Plan and execute the implementation of project management tools to collaborate with the team and track project progress
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Client’s organization, business needs, and challenges of their industry
  • Leading project communication and best practices throughout the system implementation
  • Ensure expectations between the client and the business are set well and maintained throughout the life of the project
  • Identify potential challenges to the project and communicate with the Implementation Team and Client appropriately to alleviate risk to the project and ensure it is delivered per agreed timescales and cost
  • Provide senior management with weekly internal reports outlining the progress of current projects
  • Configure and implement project management and DevOps systems, train internal users to adopt the systems regularly
