  • Proven work experience as a operation manager or with similar experience
  • Hands on experience with operation management at IT company wil be an added advantage
  • Solid management or IT background with an ability to address the situations and handle the issues smoothly.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Master's or Bachlor degree in management or in Computer Science, or relevant field

Job Description

  • Define the scope of the operations in collaboration with senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the assigned tasks and projects
  • Determine the resources required to complete the assigned tasks and project
  • Develop a schedule for tasks completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities in terms of time and investment
  • Review the operations schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the operations activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Track daily progress of assigned/project tasks and activates
  • Share daily status reports with the senior management
