• Project Management Officer is responsible to track progress of special projects,analyze and document current processes and workflow and actively support in the management of the projects
• Coordinate with the technical managers and track progress of projects
• Analyze and document current processes and workflow and report to the management on a regular basis
• Monitor task responsibilities assigned to the project team members
• Identify, assesses and minimize project risks for successful project completion
• Prepare various project documents such as work procedures, tender and technical documents ,reports and specifications, network diagrams, manuals, etc.
• Collect data and prepare reports
• Provide required assistance to the management for the timely completion of the projects
