The following are the major Job description for the position:

• To review the design, drawings, specifications, Tender documents and other submittals of the project provided by the Consultants.
• To assist the Project management to carry procurement activities, preparation of Comparison charts, drafting the bid evaluation report etc.
• To assist in preparation of Contract document and gather necessary documents for Contract agreement.
• To participate in assigned Construction management and Contract management activities of the Project.
• To Coordinate all the meeting/discussion with the Contractors and Consultants, and maintain the records of Minutes of each discussion.
• To prepare the Interim and Final payment certificates for the Contract and submit to the Project Management for their approval.
• To prepare/check the project implementation schedule and submit to the Project management for their approval.
• To carry other activities as assigned by the Project management from time to time for timely execution of the project.
