Biswas Nepal is non profit- non government organization which is dedicated for social justice was established on 2065.It advocates against injustice, exploitation and abuse faced by workers of entertainment sector ( Dance bar, Dohori & Cabin, Small hotel) and for their minimum wages, basic rights and contracts. Simultaneously it works for the protection of children to withdraw them from CSEC (Commercial sexual Exploitation of children) in entertainment sector.

The Hamro Samman project is a five-year program generously supported by the American people through the United States Agency for International Development and the British people through the United Kingdom’s Department For International Development and implemented by Winrock International. It seeks to build the capacity of and facilitate coordination among the GON, civil society, and private sector to combat human trafficking in Nepal.

Job Specification

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferable) in social science, community development and development studies and have at least three years’ experience on related field/position
Excellent knowledge and experience on the social aspect of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) and Adult Entertainment Sector (AES), project management, monitoring and evaluation, behavior change communication
Knowledge of labor right, child right, MAC monitoring guideline and existing policies and practices on CSEC sector
Have excellent knowledge on report writing, concept note and proposal writing skill in both English and Nepali
Women, minorities, indigenous people are highly preferable for the position

Job Description

Prepare project plan, report and necessary documents of project
Coordinate with stakeholders, beneficiaries and organization to achieve the objective of the project
Conduct training, coaching and necessary guidance to the project staff
Monitoring and supervision of activities and staff under his/her responsibility
