|Oda Foundation is a non-profit organization working to improve health, education, and overall opportunity for people in Kalikot District, a remote and impoverished region of Nepal. The Foundation partners with community people and local institutions to provide critical services including a 24/7 clinical healthcare facility, education support, and community development programs designed to build long-term independence for the people it serves. The Foundation has been providing essential health services in collaboration with government authorities, and a hospital established in 2013 continues to serve the local population.
The Agroecology Project, supported by Fastenaktion (FA), has been implemented for the past one and a half years, with the objective of promoting sustainable agroecological practices and improving food security, nutrition, and livelihoods of farming households. The project aims to expand its support to more households in the project area while strengthening community capacity and ecological sustainability.
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, reporting, monitoring and implementing the agroecology project activities of ODA Foundation in Kalikot. The position requires close coordination with farmers, local stakeholders, government offices, and project partners to ensure effective and timely delivery of project objectives.
