About the Project:
The Autism Care Nepal Society is implementing the inclusive education project entitled “Leave No Children Behind in Education” in partnership with CBM Global Disability Inclusion in Budhanilkantha Municipality (Kathmandu) and Godawari Municipality (Lalitpur), both located in Bagmati Province of Nepal. It aims to strengthen inclusive education policies and practices by developing, piloting, and promoting accessible and replicable Inclusive Education (IE) mechanisms for children with disabilities.
ACNS is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator for Leave No Children Behind in Education project. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management of the project including the implementation of the program in adherence to its stated objectives, liaison of government and non-government stakeholders across the project site and compliance with organizational HR, admin, and finance policies.
The position holder will need to work in close coordination with CBM Global Disability Inclusive focal person and other technical team as required.

About the organization
The ACNS (https://autismnepal.org/) is an active autism organization in Nepal led by parents of individuals with autism. It is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization registered with the District Administration Office (Registration No. 1067/2065) and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC No: 25314). Since its inception on 2 April 2008, on "World Autism Awareness Day," it has been actively engaged in autism awareness programs, advocating for the rights of individuals with autism and capacity building of individuals with autism, their parents and caregivers in Nepal. The organisation provides assessment and diagnostic services, intervention programs, parent training and counselling, a special education program, vocational training for adults with autism, and capacity building for health, educational, and other paraprofessionals.
