Job Description

  • Establishing a good relationship with the client, workers, suppliers, and team
  • Properly communicate and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project activities, progress, and issues.
  • Informing team and client on issues that may impact the achievement of their outcomes.
  • Getting approval from the client if there is any change from the client or the design team.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, managing the production of the required products, taking responsibility for overall progress and the use of resources and taking appropriate action where necessary.
  • Informing the finance team and the other related team about deviation from the plan.
  • Identifying and managing risks so that maximum benefit to client and stakeholders is achieved
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers and all the labors and team members
Delivery and Performance
  • Implement the approved project plans
  • Manage the overall delivery of the works, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
  • Liaise with and manage where appropriate external suppliers/subcontractors
  • Manage and review the overall quality of the works and ensure that the beneficiary accepts the completed facility. The quality of the works should reflect those standards defined within the contract drawings
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, workers and suppliers 

Reporting

  • Project initiation deocumentation stage/exception plans and relevant product descriptions
Prepare following reports
  • Highlight reports
  • End Stage Reports
  • Operational Closure Checklist
  • End Project Report
  • Handover Report
