HURAC is a non-profitable organization working in Rolpa district for more than 20 years in the field of human rights, advocacy, Education, Livelihood, Child protection and Accountability. HURAC has aim to promote peace, stability and sustainable development in Rolpa district. HURAC has previous working experiences collaborating with different Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and government authorities for improving livelihoods and human rights of marginalized and vulnerable communities such as women including single mothers, youths, differently able and elderly persons, Dalits and ethnic minorities. (HURAC will work on it)

Job Description:

  • The position holder will work closely with the ED/Board of Organization, Project Coordinators of other themes, Field Supervisors, CBOs and local governments and agencies working at District and RMs (government and non-government) to create enabling environment and to facilitate/support in the project implementation process to ensure the project activities are accomplished within the set quality/quantity and time
  • Under the direct supervision of ED/Board of Organization, Project Coordinator will be responsible to lead the project related activities of SC funded Project by mobilizing and coordination of development Officer and stakeholders (RMCPC, WCPC, DECs, WECs, SMCs/PTSs, RCs/RPs, CC, and YC, RMECs, ECCD facilitators and teachers). Position holder will be under the provided JD.
  • S/he will directly report to Executive Director of organization

Minimum qualification and experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with 5 years of relevant experiences or Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experiences
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experiences in research and Education
