Job Summary:

Project Coordination Officer Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including proposals, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with supervisor guidance.
• Ensure all documents adhere to company style guides and formatting standards.
• Develop and implement a system for efficient document storage and retrieval.
• Track project deadlines and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Assist consultants with research and data collection.
• Maintain confidentiality of all 
• client and project information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• MBA running or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresher can apply.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Nepali language skills a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
