About the job

Job Summary:

Project Coordination Officer Responsibilities:

Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including proposals, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with supervisor guidance.
Ensure all documents adhere to company style guides and formatting standards.
Develop and implement a system for efficient document storage and retrieval.
Track project deadlines and ensure timely completion of documentation.
Assist consultants with research and data collection.
Maintain confidentiality of all
client and project information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

MBA running or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (preferred).
Fresher can apply.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Nepali language skills a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
