As a project coordinator you are responsible to plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project, under the direction of a general manager. You work most of the time, looking after the day-to-day responsibilities of the project. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tracking, prioritization, and notification of workload for Project Managers.
• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects  from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and  change order administration.
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
• Preparing the contract agreements of sub-contractors.
• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
• Addressing the general site issues in co-ordination with line manager or  administration head.
• Perform other information gathering tasks as assigned.
• Perform all the administrative tasks like preparing of contract agreement,  response of letter issued by clients, filing and documenting all the necessary project documents.
• Provide reporting and technical support for electronic database deployed by organization.
• Finding, employing, and managing contractors and sub-contractors.
• As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals.
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
• Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files of project for easy access.
