Job Description

Project Operation:

  • Provide operational support on implementation of project.
  • Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation.
  • Follow-up with the stakeholders as needed.
  • Travel to the project operating location as needed by the organization.

MIS system & data management:

  • On a monthly basis, collect and compile project-related reports and submit to the supervisor.
  • Verify the data entered into the MIS system on a regular basis.
  • Identify and report any problems found in the MIS system to the supervisor as soon as possible.

Logistics Management:

  • Provide logistical support for workshops, trainings, review and other meetings. 
  • Manage the project-related travel arrangements,
