Roles and responsibilities of this job

Project Operation:

Provide operational support on implementation of project.
Maintain up-to-date files and records of project documentation.
Follow-up with the stakeholders as needed.
Travel to the project operating location as needed by the organization.

MIS system & data management:

On a monthly basis, collect and compile project-related reports and submit to the supervisor.
Verify the data entered into the MIS system on a regular basis.
Identify and report any problems found in the MIS system to the supervisor as soon as possible.

Logistics Management:

Provide logistical support for workshops, trainings, review and other meetings.
Manage the project-related travel arrangements,

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
Additional certifications that exemplify a desire for continued education preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
Able to proactively address potential issues
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
