The Project and Business Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning project objectives with the organization’s strategic goals, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, and enhancing project processes for improved efficiency and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with local partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.

2. Project Management:

  • Define a clear purpose, scope, and direction for all projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Foster an environment of engagement and accountability within project teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed and involved at key stages.
  • Oversee project initiation, interaction management, change management, and closure to ensure timely and successful delivery of objectives.
  • Manage and communicate changes in project structure, personnel, or scope effectively, ensuring affected stakeholders are part of the planning and implementation of these changes.

3. Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Address challenges by retraining team members or recognizing exceptional performance as needed.

4. Risk and Change Management:

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes or
