It is a non-governmental social justice organisation established in 1982 and working locally in different provinces of Nepal. It is also a part of both national and global social justice movement and other civil society networks, alliances, and coalitions.

Key Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible to support and facilitate the strategic programme planning,  implementation, monitoring and partnership management of assigned local right programmes  (LRPs) based on Country Strategy Paper (CSP) promises and direction and ensure Human  Right Based Approach (HRBA) and People Living in Poverty and Exclusion (PLiP) centric  programming. S/he will be the primary focal person for the assigned LRPs.

Key Competencies Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies or relevant field from  a recognized University 
  • At least 5 years of work experience in related field in a similar organisation 
  • Experience of working on programme development and implementation cycle
  •  Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment 
  • Essential knowledge on Human Rights Based Approach to Development
