The incumbent should have Masters Degree in Management or Information Technology with first division from a reputed institution with a least 2-years of experiences in an academic sector. More specifically, I.Globe  seeks the following specific competencies for this position:

  • Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken Nepali and English
  • Excellent advocacy and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to maintain very good coordinated professional relationship with all the stakeholders including students, teachers, and job market
  • Should be willing to undertake additional responsibilities, perform multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Description

  • The Programme Coordinator (PC) will be responsible to, manage, monitor, control, evaluate and ensure the timely progress, deliverables, and reporting of the department’s academic/research/publication / promotional-related functions
  • He/She will be able to coordinate and cooperate with Professor/Associate Professor, government officials, & experts from different fields.
  • The candidate should have proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing the overall class session (PSC, TSC, IT)as suggested.
  • Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules
  • The program coordinator will be accountable and report to the Director every week.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of programs and their activities
  • Monitor implementation of program policies and practices
  • Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals
