The incumbent should have Masters Degree in Management or Information Technology with first division from a reputed institution with a least 2-years of experiences in an academic sector. More specifically, I.Globe seeks the following specific competencies for this position:

Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken Nepali and English
Excellent advocacy and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation and facilitation skills
Ability to maintain very good coordinated professional relationship with all the stakeholders including students, teachers, and job market
Should be willing to undertake additional responsibilities, perform multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Description

The Programme Coordinator (PC) will be responsible to, manage, monitor, control, evaluate and ensure the timely progress, deliverables, and reporting of the department’s academic/research/publication / promotional-related functions
He/She will be able to coordinate and cooperate with Professor/Associate Professor, government officials, & experts from different fields.
The candidate should have proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing the overall class session (PSC, TSC, IT)as suggested.
Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules
The program coordinator will be accountable and report to the Director every week.
Assist with planning and coordination of programs and their activities
Monitor implementation of program policies and practices
Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals
