Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Montessori program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Montessori education, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation and development of Montessori curriculum, maintaining fidelity to Montessori principles. 
  • Staff Development: Lead teacher training and mentorship programs to support professional growth and maintain high educational standards. 
  • Parent Engagement: Develop positive relationships with parents and families, conducting tours for prospective students and processing new enrollment applications. 
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including class schedules, record-keeping, and coordination of school events. 
  • Quality Assurance: Design and coordinate the effective implementation of educational programs in compliance with Montessori philosophy and organizational standards.
