Duty Station: Kathmandu with 50% field visits to remote project areas

Qualification and work experiences:

Minimum Bachelors degree with 5 years or Masters Degree with two years experiences in Organisation management, project planning and monitoring and implementation especially peace and development projects
Skill, knowledge and experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and co-ordination
Training on Project Planning and Monitoring and Advocacy skills
Experiences in NGO networking and peace building
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Main Responsibilities:

Planning, follow up and monitoring of Strengthening Collaboration for Sustainable Development ( SCSD) project and other projects in 11 hilly and remote districts of Nepal
Prepare periodic reports and submit to funding partners
Design and facilitate Organisational development process of NGOs and CBOs and PME trainings as per project needs
Follow up and monitor project activities in project areas
Prepare project proposals in English for national and international funding agencies
Coordinate with key stakeholders for project execution
