Specific experience in related discipline with having sound knowledge on SBCC component or related to development sector practice on production of audio-visual content.
At least 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual production primarily script writing, storyboard preparation for short videos, documentaries, and new media technology.
Good knowledge of development sector issues, development projects, and deliverables ideas related to Governmental and Non-Government existing programs and implementation ideas.
Smart communication skills – interfacing challenges, teamwork, and team-building with team members and partner agencies in requirement with effective facilitation and mentoring skills.
Flexibility in working hours in meeting deadlines and deliverables in the need.
Able to display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
Candidates having two wheeler riding access would be preferably an additional advantage.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

The job vacancy for the Program Producer is specifically looking for audio-visual content producers to be involved in qualitative and creative content production. Having sound knowledge in related field comprehensively the following responsibilities are required;

Leading the audio-visual production of short videos, documentaries, tutorial videos, animated videos, graphic and info-graphics, new media technology, and related other audio-visual genres.
Scriptwriting, preparation of storyboard, and facilitating media content in the production team.
Having knowledge of working in deadlines, ensuring a strong commitment to deliverables.
Flexible in frequent travels to the field for the collection of footage as per the need in production.
Preparation of concept notes for the implementation of new ideas in the production team.
Sound knowledge of project implementation understanding and ideas of development projects, particularly the existing practice led by the Governmental and Non-Government sectors in Nepal.
Ability to facilitate meetings with funding agencies, preparation of presentation, and reporting techniques in producing media content.
Preparing narrative report containing activities updates in completion of production and providing necessary support in submission of final report as per the requirement.
