Brihatpreneurs is looking for a proactive, execution-focused Program & Operations Coordinator who will serve as both the operational backbone and client-facing representative of our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, coordinating programs, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in turning ideas into action while representing Brihatpreneurs in front of clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Represent Brihatpreneurs in client and partner meetings.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Handle meeting follow-ups, communications, and coordination through calls, emails, and messages.

Program Execution & Coordination

Support the planning and execution of workshops, events, training programs, and community initiatives.
Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, participants, and partners.
Ensure smooth delivery of programs from preparation to completion.
Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space and community ecosystem.
Ensure meeting rooms, event spaces, and facilities are operational and prepared.
Manage visitor experience, onboarding, and member support.
Resolve operational challenges efficiently and independently.

Execution & Team Coordination

Act as a bridge between management and execution teams.
Assign, monitor, and follow up on operational and program-related tasks.
Ensure effective communication across departments.
Maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in MBA or a related field.
Prior experience working within the entrepreneurship ecosystem, startup ecosystem, innovation hubs, incubators, accelerators, or business development initiatives.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make a pitch deck and give a presentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated, responsible, good team handling, and highly organized.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.

Mandatory Requirements

Must possess a valid driving license.
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel as required.
