Roles and responsibilities of this job
The Program Officer will be responsible for the programmatic support in the overall implementation of the TAF South Asia Grants Program (SAGP) and support needs for the Economic Governance and Regional Cooperation portfolio. S/he will provide support to oversee the work implemented by the project’s CSO partners; work closely with the partnership management team to provide overall support for program management and implementation and help establish synergies and coherence between the different components of the Program.
Requirements:
Master’s degree, or advanced degree in law, public policy, political science, economics, international development, urban planning or another relevant field with minimum three years of experience in development assistance, government, civil society, private sector development and economic growth. Five years of public or private sector experience may be considered an acceptable substitute for the required Master's degree.
