This soft and hard skill training center has welcomed and trained already +300 Youth coming from skilling programs like Vocational Training Programs (VTPs) or other organisms (livelihood, other NGOs, associations...), helped them in developing professional grooming and employability skills (communication skills, organization and management, time management, business mindset, teamwork, citizenship.
The final objective is to help them to find a stable and decent job (by coaching them, without placement as it's not a placement agency).
Based on the same replicable model, a Green Village was created in January 2020 in Kathmandu, now located in Buddhanilkantha, which has now accompanied over 600 Youth towards their inclusion since 2020.
Since October 2024, the Green Village is under renovation in order to become a Sustainable Resource Center, to welcome communities, youth and raise awareness on climate actions.
