• Manage overall implementation of assigned project, oversee overall management of project and related human resources 
  
• Understand and analyse on various issues of DRR and climate action
• Build effective working relationships within project teams, consortium partners
• Work effectively with local government, as per changing federal context including national forum to utilize the available networks, capable to strengthen relationship with local government authorities and expertise for the effective implementation of project
• Coordinate capacity building of youth led CSOs in the areas of internal good governance promotion, organizational development, youth empowerment and social accountability
• Travel in project areas occasionally and spend time away from work- base location and home

Qualification:

• Master's degree in social science with focus on policy formulation, governance promotion and organizational development
  
• At least 5 years’ experience of project cycle, experience working with membership based organizations, youth empowerment and CSO capacity enhancement

Note: All the positions are for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance
