Job Overview:
The Program Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and effective management and implementation of the “Improving the Sharing and Use of Data as Evidence for Development in Nepal Program” phase II. This includes supervision of the program team and coordination with all the government all three spheres and other stakeholders to strengthen local data ecosystems at the provincial and local spheres to support the use of evidence for development, managing relationships with government and non-government stakeholders, sound financial management and compliance with TAF and donor rules and regulations, the timely submission of narrative and financial progress reports to the donor; and overseeing the implementation of the program activities.
