The Reading for All Program is a three-year program that works to improve early grade reading outcomes among children with disabilities in grades 1– 3. Implemented in 5,104 schools in the 16 National Early Grade Reading Program focus districts, the USAID supported program strengthens the Government of Nepal’s institutional capacity at federal, provincial and local levels to implement its constitutional and policy commitments to disability inclusive education.

Job Description: Provide technical and managerial leadership to the project. The Program Manager will ensure that the project emphasises capacity building across all activities and technical areas so that management, teaching and curriculum personnel have the skills to improve and sustain long-term educational outcomes for Children with Disabilities in Nepal.
