Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven, and entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead ecosystem activation and founder development initiatives. This role focuses on sourcing entrepreneurs, designing impactful programs, building mentor and consultant networks, and forming strategic collaborations that move Brihatpreneurs’ mission forward. This is the growth engine of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract entrepreneurs and startups to Brihatpreneurs.
Actively engage in networking events and ecosystem gatherings.
Build meaningful relationships with founders and understand their growth needs.
Design and coordinate structured initiatives such as:

Mentorship programs
Founder development sessions
Investor readiness programs
Skill-building workshops

Coordinate mentors, speakers, and consultants.
Evaluate program outcomes and continuously improve offerings.
Source and onboard industry experts and consultants.
Build relationships with mentors and investors.
Match entrepreneurs with appropriate consultants and advisors.
Facilitate productive mentor-founder engagement.
Collaborate with universities, corporates, institutions, and ecosystem players.
Develop joint initiatives and partnership programs.
Represent Brihatpreneurs at ecosystem events.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

MBA
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in startup ecosystems, incubators, accelerators, SME development, or program management.
Experience working directly with founders is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of entrepreneurial challenges and growth stages.
Must have license and vehicle
