Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Program Lead to oversee the operations of our rehabilitation home dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver high-quality care, maintain compliance with standards, and foster partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operation of rehabilitation home (human trafficking survivors).
  • Networking with government agencies, local government, schools, and other important authorities.
  • Understanding of child protection and human trafficking issues mostly young girls.
  • Stay informed about issues related to child protection and human trafficking, with a focus on supporting young girls.
  • Manage the shelter budget and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the shelter facilities (housing, healthcare etc.) maintained at a higher standard.
