Purpose of the Role:

Direct the program development team towards creating and implementing strategies that ensure sustainability and organizational growth by planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on the programs whilst acting as a bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the program activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Program Development: To ensure enhanced business opportunities, strengthen relationships with clients and donors, streamline development processes, encourage organizational growth, research and identify funding opportunities.
• Program Planning: To engage in preparation of feasible work plans that achieve the goals of the programs and align with the pre-designed schedule.
• Time and Resource Allocation: To define, schedule and estimate task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule for programs while determining resource availability.
• Budgeting: To estimate requied budgets for different program activities as per the significance, urgency and deliverable of the outputs.
• Quality Assurance: To ensure the quality of the program outputs as approved by the management and as required by the stakeholders.
• Monitoring Progress: Develop required metrics and key indicators of success for measuring the program progress.
• Engagement and Communication: Engage with potential donors, prepare and manage mailing lists, draft outreach strategies while assisting with social media activities and updates.
• Cross Departmental Coordination: To create strategic alignment across departments for achievement of shared goals and objectives.
• Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timely reporting of project activities, progress report and drafting proposals along with proper documentation of all paperwork to be submitted to the respective authorities.
