• Coordinate on specific tasks for assigned municipalities
  
• Works closely with selected Youth lead CSOs( YLCs) in strengthening their organizational capacity to be engaged effectively in Local Disaster Resilience (LDR) and other planning processes
• Liaison with the municipalities for developing favorable environment for YLCs and Youth responsive policies in CCA/DRR
• Contributes in social accountability efforts i.e. social audit and public hearing with the municipalities and community score card with YLCs
• Documentation of evidences, progress and case studies. Previous skill of influencing policies, environmental issues, CCA and DRR will be preferred
• Coordinate with youth led CSOs in developing advocacy, strategic plan and mentoring for the implementation of advocacy and campaign events
• Assist on capacity building of youth led CSOs in the areas of CCA, DRR and advocacy

Qualification:

• Bachelors' degrees in social science and related subjects with minimum 4 year experience (Master’s degree preferred with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience)
  
• Additional skills as Nepali typing and experience working in excel worksheet

Note: All the positions are for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance
