- He or she is fully dedicated and needs to draft a plan with a strategy to succeed in the new admissions for bachelor programs.
- Plan and conduct effective recruitment events, open houses, and information sessions to attract the maximum number of prospective students to enroll.
- The program coordinator will be responsible for preparing the progress report of the program quarterly, semi-yearly, and yearly and submitting it to the reporting line.
- He or she must maintain a close relationship with the department and the administrative staff members.
- He or she must analyze the data to identify the trend of the program and its development and take the necessary action in the reporting line for further initiation.
- Develop an annual program implementation calendar for the smooth, effective, and efficient run of the program.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, seeking continuous improvement in program delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment, grades, and program statistics.
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, student outcomes, and other relevant metric.
Note: Preference shall be given to Master's graduated candidates with minimum First division.
