Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed Program Coordinator to support the operations of our rehabilitation home for survivors of human trafficking. The role requires working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Lead in operation of rehabilitation home (human trafficking survivors)
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of programs designed to support survivors.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, shelter partners, law enforcement, and other agencies.
  • Facilitate communication and partnership to ensure comprehensive survivor support.
  • Prepare detailed, high-quality reports on shelter activities, progress, and identified needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
  • Collect, organize, and manage data related to survivors.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
