KFA Business School an Academic wing of KFA was established in the year 2009. Since its inception, KFA Business School has introduced innovative and unique ‘learning methodologies’.  With ‘Dual Faculty System (DFS)’ as one of its core delivery mechanisms, KFA has been instrumental in developing much-needed academically sound and practically trained human resources.

KFA Consulting is a management-consulting Division within KFA, which serves leading businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations. Job Description

We are seeking a process-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator to manage and coordinate our MBA programs. This role involves close collaboration with universities, faculty, and students to ensure smooth academic operations and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire academic cycle for the MBA program, from admission to graduation.
  • Coordinate with the university, faculty, and students to ensure timely communication and seamless execution of academic activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and update academic calendars, class schedules, and exam timetables.
  • Plan and organize orientation programs, guest lectures, workshops, and academic events.
  • Ensure timely submission of grades, reports, and other academic documentation to the university.
  • Support faculty with teaching materials, class coordination, and academic resources.
  • Monitor student attendance and academic performance, providing reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, files, and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinate the procurement of academic resources and materials.
  • Liaise with administrative departments to ensure smooth program operations.
  • Assist in accreditation, audits, and quality assurance processes related to academic standards.
  • Contribute to strategies for student engagement, retention, and program development.
