We are looking for a passionate and experienced Program Coordinator – Hotel Management to join our esteemed team at A Reputed Hotel Management College. The ideal candidate will bring academic expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to shaping future leaders in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Hotel Management program, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to curriculum standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses, to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and support for students.
Manage program budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support, addressing any challenges or concerns.
Organize and conduct program events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student learning and professional development.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote the program and attract prospective students.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the program curriculum.
Collect and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
Proven experience in program coordination, curriculum development, or academic administration is a plus.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales and marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software1 applications.
Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the hospitality industry.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
Familiarity with academic policies and procedures.
