Kantipur International College (KIC), formerly known as Kantipur Hotel Management College (KHMC), established in 2000 A.D. is an affiliate college of Purbanchal University. Currently, KIC is running its programs at two different locations in the Kathmandu valley. The College of Management, the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Law are situated at New Baneshwor, the centre of capital city and the College of Science & Technology is located at Gwarko, a peaceful suburb of Lalitpur district.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in academic and administrative management or supervisory role.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Business Administration program, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to curriculum standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including both private and other corporate businesses sectors, to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program faculty and staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and support for students.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Monitor student progress and provide academic advising and support, addressing any challenges or concerns.
  • Organize and conduct program events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote the program and attract prospective students.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the program curriculum.
  • Collect and analyze program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
