KFA Training School started its journey with intensive focus in structured Banking Training Programs, Workshops & Seminars to suit the requirements of diverse Financial Institutions and Corporates as well as non-corporate participants. So far, KFA has trained over 10,000 participants from diverse professional and academic backgrounds.

KFA Business School an Academic wing of KFA was established in the year 2009. Since its inception, KFA Business School has introduced innovative and unique ‘learning methodologies’.  With ‘Dual Faculty System (DFS)’ as one of its core delivery mechanisms, KFA has been instrumental in developing much-needed academically sound and practically trained human resources.

KFA Consulting is a management-consulting Division within KFA, which serves leading businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations. It helps the clients to make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals. KFA Consulting' brings together a complementary mix of background and cultures of diversified professionals providing clients with all-round, hands-on support in smooth Management of Business, Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Impact Analysis, Business Plans, Management Strategy Consulting, Financial Management, IT Solutions, HR Management and thereby increasing value to its customer's business.

Job Description

Reports To: Director - BBA Programs
DepartmentAcademic Affairs

The person in this position is responsible for the academic and administrative coordination of the BBA program. This role supports faculty, students, and departments to ensure smooth program delivery, operational efficiency, and an engaging undergraduate student experience in alignment with the institution's academic objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Academic Coordination and Delivery (40%)

  • Develop class schedules, coordinate with faculty, and manage room allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records for attendance, assignments, grades, and feedback.
  • Coordinate internal examinations, grading, and result compilation.
  • Assist in curriculum delivery and semester planning.

Student Engagement and Communication (30%)

  • Act as a liaison between students and faculty for academic support.
  • Organize student development activities, orientation, and co-curricular events.
  • Support communication regarding deadlines, notices, and academic events.
  • Address student queries and concerns promptly.

Program Operations and Reporting (20%)

  • Maintain data and generate academic reports for internal use.
  • Coordinate with administrative departments for program logistics.
  • Support preparation of reports for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in documentation and coordination for university audits and inspections.

Collaboration and Quality Improvement (10%)

  • Work with the Program Director and faculty for academic quality improvement.
  • Contribute to internal quality assurance processes.
  • Participate in academic review meetings and planning activities.

Others

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director – BBA Programs or Dean – School of Business.
  • The position requires flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to improving the student experience.
