  • Ability to conduct the training session and understand the andragogy learning 
  • Ability to learn or use innovative tools for the interactive facilitating session with students.

Job Description

Administration: 

  • Assisting with the Admissions & Marketing process 
  • Develop & monitor semester schedule 
  • Monitor faculties and students 
  • Conduct monthly students’ satisfaction survey 
  • Evaluate assessment performance of students 
  • Confirmation among classes with faculties 
  • Coordinate monthly meetings among Program director -faculties and Program director-students
  • Assist and support Academic processes 
  • Students and instructors Support 

Academic and Training & Development: 

  • Research for course development 
  • Developing the report of the evaluation of students and instructor performance. 
  • Coordinate monthly scholarly talk-series 
  • Coordinate international exchange and MOUs 
  • Lead MOODLE and School Management System and Updates 
  • Developing and implementing events, workshops for the development of students and faculty.
