Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager to join our team in the Travel Agents / Tour Operators industry. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing program planning, logistics, and execution for our clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, logistics and execution of travel programs for clients.
  • Coordinate with travel agents and tour operators to create personalized itineraries for clients.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor program budget and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients before, during and after their trips.
  • Maintain communication with clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure programs are executed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the program.
  • Conduct post-trip evaluations and gather feedback from clients to improve program quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel planning software.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
